Contacting LaQuinta
This site does not contain a patient intake form. Phone links open your device’s calling application; email links open your email application. Email is not presented as a secure channel for health information. Do not send medical records, diagnoses or details about your baby’s health through ordinary email.
Contact requests
The optional form asks for your name, preferred reply method, email address or phone number, and a general topic. These details are sent through Resend to LaQuinta’s business email inbox so she can respond. No medical information, attachments or free-text message are requested. Requesting a text reply does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Cloudflare Turnstile performs an automatic security check and processes technical browser information to help prevent spam. Our form handler does not save contact details in a separate lead database, send them to team chat, or put them in analytics or application logs. Email delivery and mailbox providers process the request, and the email remains in the business inbox. Operational records contain delivery references and timestamps. Contact LaQuinta about access or deletion of a request.
Navigation preference
This website remembers whether you have shown or hidden the navigation menu for the current browser tab. This preference stays in your browser and contains no personal or health information.
Website measurement
No advertising trackers, analytics collection, tracking cookies or visitor accounts have been added to this website. Links on clinic materials may include a general campaign label identifying the type of material, not a person.
The website’s hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information to serve and protect the site. This page does not claim that hosting providers retain no logs. Email and phone providers have their own information-handling practices.
